Torch Staffing model is based on years of industry provider experience. This experience provides us with a unique and acute understanding of the needs associated with community-based homecare models and long-term care models.

Inadequate staffing levels can lead to clients not being serviced, insufficient staffing ratios to remain compliant and additional risk exposures to clients and staff. Torch staffing aims to be responsive to the needs of our clients with the most seamless approach possible.

The Torch focus with staffing and recruitment is narrowed to remain very transparent about what we offer and to make sure we can provide the best quality services , whether temporary or permanent.

  Torch also specializes in providing nurses that are trained and experienced in completing Minimum Data set Homecare (MDS-HC). This evaluation toll is a comprehensive review of the Activities of Daily living (ADLs), it is usually an especially important toll to facilitate client participation in community based programs.
